Ever hear about those human bodies that can run 100 miles or ride a bicycle 508 miles, both basically non-stop? Today I met a woman who is training for her second 100-mile run who attended my spinning class and did some serious recovery work in LA Fitness in Temecula. Now this is what I call "crossing the line" physically in a very serious way.
